Easter

Easter this year was Saturday brunch, an epic egg hunt (thanks to Chaya and Uncle B) and conference on Saturday with the Wigs, followed by baskets, cinnamon rolls and conference on Sunday with the McKees. Living close to family certainly has its perks, and celebrating holiday's is high on that list.

Root, root, root for the DODGERS!!!

Is there anything better than an in-person Dodgers game? Seriously doubtful! We cheered on our boys in blue in the Oakland Coliseum and had the time of our lives. Best part, no question, was when Cody Bellinger threw me (via the nice person sitting directly behind us) the ball he was using to warm up with Mookie Betts. Oh. My. Gosh. I screamed loud enough that the whole darn coliseum was laughing. I love the Dodgers!!! This was such a fun memory with our family. Wow, I've missed adventures like these.

First stop: temple

Next stop: tacos

Finally: baseball

Mismatched Socks

I'll be honest, I love these random photos way more than the mismatched socks found in the middle shelf of my laundry room cupboard. Legit though, where are the other socks? This assortment of pics may be just as random, but looking through them makes me smile big. Life is good.

Sports, welcome back!

Nothing has made me feel more alive and normal and happy as the reintroduction to sports in our life. Seriously, there has been a physical change in the mood of everyone in our house--me setting that tone for sure--and I'm just high on ball diamonds and soccer fields, tennis courts and track meets. Whether I'm cheering on my own babies or friends in the community I just live to be watching people use their strong, beautiful, abled bodies for good. I will never take a busy sports day for granted again. Never.
