What's life been like for you lately? Want to know what it's been like for us? School. Family. School. And family. Oh yeah, and politics. But we are so not going there right now!!!
We are so lucky to be surrounded by so many cousins and loved ones, and without them I don't know how we ever could have happily transitioned to a new home. Honestly, they are EVERYTHING, and we are together A LOT! If my kids go a single day without seeing their cousins they wonder what's wrong, and that's something to be proud of in my book! And as far as school, I know that I've been blessed beyond measure with the ability, the energy and the patience to homeschool T, Kai and Ev. I feel so grateful that these boys are thriving like they are and learning so much--it's actually working! This is a Covid miracle if there ever was one, because I'm the last person on earth who I thought would make a successful homeschool teacher.
Other than that, we're just trying to stay positive over here. There are many days where one or all of us is suffering from some quarantine feelings, and it's not always easy to understand the world or our current life, but we are together and healthy and that's something to celebrate.
