We got home late in the evening on Saturday, and woke up to a house full of Easter magic on the morning of April Fools and the Sunday sessions of General Conference. While cinnamon rolls on conference are a Wiggy tradition, I just didn't have it in me this time so James saved the day with crepes and nutella (which ps, the kids didn't eat anyway because they consumed a whole basket of chocolate bunnies and jelly beans but I ate three of them to make up for it and they were delish!) A few naps on the couch and a big Easter dinner were in order, but Easter morning is where it's at!
Baskets from the bunny, books from Mepa and Sees baskets from Winnie, those lucky kids!
This was the first time we've ever held an Easter egg hunt of our own and it was so darling to watch my chickens collect a million eggs in the beauty of our own yard.
We never left the house, nor our pajamas for that matter, and we were all smiles about it!
